What is the difference between AFIR and FIR?
An AFIR holder can impart flying instructions in daytime only that too under supervision of Dy. CFI or CFI. There are some extra privileges for FIR holder e.g. to impart instruction for night flying, release first solo, impart instructions on multi-engine aircraft, to get approval from DGCA as Dy. CFI or CFI.

Normally the duration required for Airlines Preparation at Captessar Aviation is 60 days for both written test and interview.

Fees for Airlines preparation is not fixed. It depends on candidate’s requirements e.g. Simulator training, Compass test, Psychometric test etc.

Simulator training at Captessar Aviation is conducted in two parts. Normally First part is 4 days ground class. Second part is of 8 days Simulator training. However the duration is variable from candidate to candidate.

As per our past few year’s record you can clear all your CPL written subjects in 4 months but it also depends on interest/performance of candidate as Flying is a very serious profession, you need to know your subject well, one more month is required for RTR (A).

Is it true that your Ground Instructors are Flight Instructor Rating holder?
Off course, we are not here to play with the future of our trainee pilots so all PPL, CPL and ATPL subjects are taught by Rated Flight Instructors only.

Can we fly with the same Instructor who is teaching us in ground classes?
yes, you can see in previous question that our Instructors are Rated Flight/Ground Instructors with more than 15 years’ experience of teaching and flying. This is the thing which makes our academy unique.

How many Commercial Plots have been trained by Captessar Aviation team till date?
More than 1100 pilots have been trained by our team through various FTOs including both ground and flying training. What is Captessar Aviation’s result ratio till date?
